Publications and Articles Page:

  • "Unraveling the Five Myths of OJT", an article about the most misunderstood areas of OJT.
  • "Corporate College or Corporate University", an article about the focus of a corporate training center and how that focus can effect the training.
  • "What is your Favorite TV Show", an icebreaker developed at the University of Wisconsin, Technical Instructors Institute that classroom trainers will find useful.
  • Link to ASTD and the Infoline:"OJT Systems", which is a great overview of the OJT Process but unfortunately is not free.
